"Nuestra Señora de los Dolores was the name of two churches. The first church was at Sandia. When a new church was built in Bernalillo in 1857, it was also named Nuestra Señora de los Dolores and the sacramental record book was transferred from Sandia to the new church. Many of the extracted baptisms include the names of grandparents and godparents. There are three indexes: the child (or adult) baptized, the parents, and the godparents and others."...
