When the evil wizard Myrwhydden escapes from his cell and invades Hal Jordan's power ring, the Green Lantern must find a way to defeat the wizard before he releases all the other prisoners from the sciencells on Oa, headquarters of the Green Lantern Corps.

The Green Lantern Corp, having won the war against Sinestro Corp, find their family members in danger and the Star Sapphires begin gaining power on the planet Zamaron.

After patrolling the galaxy, Hal Jordan, a member of the Green Lantern Corps, streaks toward Earth and the neon lights of Las Vegas.
